Summary: Peaceful community with mature trees and plenty of privacy, especially the back yard!! We enjoyed the home and really enjoyed the Firepit in the back yard.

Summary: We had an absolutely glorious time staying in Athens. We were there to celebrate my son‘s wedding and had family in town and were happy we could gather all together. I wish I could give this 10 stars but five are all that are allowed. There was everything we needed in the house and the yard was amazing. Every day there were at least six deer out wandering the yard. We use the chairs around the fire pit to relax for a family dinner, and there was ample beds and relaxing space for all of us. If you’re on the fence, don’t hesitate. This is a magical space.

Summary: Great football weekend with my family. The house is perfect for large gatherings . It is very well stocked with basic needs in the kitchen & bathrooms. The hosts were easy to work with and kept me informed. Definitely would recommend this house!

Summary: We were in Athens for the weekend while our kids attended a sports camp. Arrived Friday evening and left Sunday morning. This was a great place to host our family. The home had ample bedrooms, linens, and space for all to stay comfortably. Outdoor property was nice however we were so busy didn't have a chance to use it. Great location close to shopping and downtown Athens. Very clean property with all needed amenities. I really appreciated the small touches at this rental that made our stay effortless. Communication from the owners was polite, prompt, and extremely helpful. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you.

Summary: We loved staying at this house. It was perfect for a large family ranging in age from 19 to 87. We were there for graduation and it was perfect. We loved the outdoor space. The beds are super comfy and it was spotless. We would love to stay again!!

Summary: This was a fantastic home where family could gather to celebrate the life of our mother, grandmother, cousin, and friend. Perfect area to gather outside and enjoy the scenery and each other. The hosts left a beautiful bouquet of flowers for us and graciously allowed me to checkout later when I lost my keys prior to checkout.

Summary: We booked this home for our trip to athens to visit family. The location was perfect for us because we were looking for something near the west end of town close to our family. The house had all supplies we needed. The beds were comfortable. The layout is great, the master is on one end and the other bedrooms on the other end of the house. The porch is amazing. We loved the outdoor space, it had tons of seating and a fire pit. A family of deer visited each morning and evening. The hosts were very communicative and helpful. We would definitely book again.
