Summary: The property was nearly perfect, and I had a great stay overall. However, there was one issue - the listing mentioned that a washer and dryer were available for use, but upon arrival, I discovered that these appliances had been removed. This made doing laundry during my stay quite inconvenient. That said, everything else about the property was fantastic. The home was exactly as described, and communication with the property manager was smooth and easy. Despite the hiccup with the laundry situation, I thoroughly enjoyed my time here and would definitely consider staying again next year if I have the chance. In summary, this is a wonderful property that I highly recommend, but I would advise double-checking the amenities list prior to booking to ensure everything is as expected.

Summary: The property was very convenient and the neighborhood was very quiet! We were surprised because we thought there was only 4 bedrooms but there was an additional bed downstairs. The fenced yard and covered deck was great for our pups and for having coffee outside in the mornings. The house was clean for the most part, but there seemed to be a few minor things that needed repairs or updates. The garage was helpful to have since it rained hard on one of the days we were there. Communication was great and Blaine even accommodated us in staying an extra day! We enjoyed our visit and would rebook again!

Summary: This was a terrific all around experience. First, the communication from Blaine before, during, and after our visit was excellent. He not only provided us with good information but also answered our questions, which were few. Also, the online description of the house was spot on. It was in a clean and quiet neighborhood and was only minutes away from the many things Schaumburg and the area had to offer. It is an excellent location. We had 9 people in our family that stayed - 2 smaller children included - and the accommodations were as expected. Again, I would highly recommend staying at this house if it fits your needs.

Summary: Had to move out of our house for a few days for flooring job, moved into this home with our dog and cat so they would not have to be kenneled. Very clean and photos accurate. Nice fenced in yard and quiet neighborhood yet close to many things and highway.
