Positive: It’s tranquil.
Negative: We stayed in a 2 queen sized bed room. It was huge! So, the only comment that I’d make is that they need to put a small dining table & chairs in there. There’s certainly enough room.
Summary: It was exactly what I wanted. It was beliw average temps when we were there, but we walked the grounds every morning. Tw

Positive: We appreciated the $55 resort fee being waived due to the pool being closed. Grounds were well maintained.
Negative: Sofa in family room needed replaced. Kids in adult pool although lagoon pool was closed.

Negative: Few amenities for the cost. Large room but only one arm chair. Bar and restaurant close at 9pm - not joking!

Positive: The location is amazing and property is beautiful. It has everything you need and is super kid friendly. It is a very low key vibe with stunning views from virtually every part of the resort. The condo/town home rooms come equipped with all that you need for a very comfortable stay with laundry and cooking amenities.
Negative: We were sad that the main pool was undergoing construction along with multiple other units around the property that we were not notified of before hand. The property did compensate us with removing the resort fee although I still wish I would have known ahead of time as guests who booked directly with the property were. There was no place to move rooms to avoid construction noise. Staff was also not very personable or helpful when asking simple requests at the bar or queries regarding bike rentals in the area which was a bit bizarre for the hospitality industry.
Summary: Lovely stay deep it ongoing construction in this shoulder season. Will definitely return!
