Come to Tranquility and get away from it all. The location of this elegant home allows you to enjoy a peaceful vacation, yet you are only minutes from the conveniences and attractions of Geneva.
Enter this lovely home through the well-equipped kitchen, which has plenty of windows and skylights, allowing the cook to enjoy the sunlight while working on meals.
Next is the dining area, with seating at the kitchen counter, and additional seating at the dining room table. Relax in front of the fire while enjoying the view of Seneca Lake through the glass sliders, or watch a movie on the large flat screen TV. Multiple skylights over the dining and living areas allow plenty of natural light throughout. A dreamy master bedroom is located off the living area, which also has access to the spacious lake view deck via sliders.
An open staircase takes you to the upper hallway, which allows you to view the downstairs, as well as the lake. Two bedrooms can be found upstairs. The cozy lilac-colored bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has a queen bed and a single bed. A full bathroom with standing shower, complete with discreet stackable washer and dryer, can also be found upstairs. All three bedrooms have a view of the lake!
Although this home offers you all the amenities and conveniences you need to have an enjoyable vacation, outside is where you will want to be! Laze away the days on the roomy deck overlooking the lake and beautifully landscaped yard. Various seating areas are situated for you to entertain in style. Work on your vacation tan on the upper deck, on the grassy lakeside lawn, or take a swim in the refreshing water. Brand new permanent dock and hoist! Tucked away underneath the deck is a patio if you wish to get out of the sun. Waterside benches can be found on the lawn, providing perfect seats for some quiet time and watching the evening stars come out.
Your tour of Seneca Lake wineries can begin one half mile away at Billsboro Winery. If you want to take a break from cooking, Madderlake Cafe offers delicious dining, and it is only a 2 1/2 mile drive. Weaver View Farms provides Amish quilts and country gifts for those of you who want to do some souvenir shopping. As you continue south on Route 14, you will head further into wine country and the quaint farms of the Mennonites. Be sure to bring your bicycles, so you can enjoy the sites of Seneca Lake at your own leisurely pace. RR Tracks run behind this property.

Summary: The group that stayed was myself and husband, my daughter and husband and adult son. The house was well appointed. The beds were comfortable and all had a view of the lake. The deck/porch was ideal as it had an great view of the lake both north and south. All the appliances worked as did the bbq. It was very close to Geneva, Penn Yan and the famous wine trail. We did it all. I must say the lake was impressive for its cleanliness. You could actually see to the bottom through the very blue water. We enjoyed it all and would definitely consider this house again if we ever decide to return to the area. The property manager was excellent with communication, too.

Summary: This property met all of our needs for our 5-day stay to attend our son’s small wedding ceremony. Waking up each morning to beautiful Seneca Lake was one of the highlights. We did have an “unexpected guest” in the form of a rodent in the kitchen, even though we kept the kitchen perfectly cleaned our entire stay. Not a total surprise given the cool temperatures those days, but it would have been helpful to have access to traps to handle the situation at night. Also need to mention that it would have been nice to have a cork screw available at the property, as we were unable to open our wine we purchased at one of the vineyards we visited the first day. Also too late at night to go purchase one. Overall, we do recommend this property!

Summary: Rented for anniversary and birthday getaway. Perfect size for our 6 person group, good selection of kitchenware, dishes, plates, glasses ect. Peaceful and relaxing. Would definitely recommend.

Summary: Enjoyed our sisters week at this property. The kitchen is well stocked for meal prep, House was very clean. The weather was cold and rainy ,so it was nice having a nice home to hang out in. My only complaint was the ceiling dripping when the downstairs shower was used and the fireplace did not work

Summary: Just returned from an awesome vacation with my wife and two young daughters. This property is amazing. PROS: •The inside of the house was very clean and obviously well cared for. •Stunning view from the second story deck. •Well equipped kitchen •Very comfortable bedrooms and living room furniture. CONS: •Gas fireplace didn't work •Could not get the DVD player to work (we had a couple of cold, rainy days and wanted to watch a movie). We had instructions, but it appeared that a cable was disconnected and I could not figure out were it was supposed to hook in. • Maybe the following is due to being late in the season...It seems the outside of the property could use a good power washing. The dock especially was very slick near the shore were water was splashing up... it had a coating of slick grime. Lots of spider webs under the deck were the grill was stored, and the fire pit was pretty much chock full of ashes and debris. All in all this was an awesome stay and would definitely return....beautiful property.
