The view from your cottage is a beautiful south west perch. You are in a totally private and serene space. Your beautifully appointed cottage has heated floors, an antique clawfoot tub and a private patio with a gas firepit.
When you have that little slice of free time you want to make it as satisfying as possible. We want to help you have an experience that you can look forward tp, experience to the fullest and then savour in your memory. An almost magical experience that gives you the chance to reset, and recharge. Get in touch with your inner balance.
We would like to offer you one of our ‘sacred spaces’ to have a revitalization ‘event’.
Our cottages are located at a very special place on the planet. Our cottages are in Point Roberts Wa. USA. Five square miles, one zip code, a park on each corner. The absolute Northwestern tip of the United States. (and we have the park to prove it). Point Roberts is cut off from the rest of the continental United States by Canada. You have to drive through Canada (about 30 minutes) to get here. We are fortunately only about 40 minutes from the downtown of one of the most celebrated cities of this millennium, Vancouver BC Canada. A day trip into Vancouver is a wonderful experience. We are also twenty minutes from one the terminal of the largest ferry systems in the world Tsawwassen BC. From there you can venture all the way up the northern pacific coast to Haida Gwaii, the legendary Island home of the Haida first nation, over 500 miles by water.
But more than that our cottages are at Lily Point. We are connected to the Lily Point Marine Reserve on our eastern boundary. Lily Point Park is 250 acres of trails and over a mile of pristine secluded Pacific beach and tidelands.

Summary: It was just the right size for the two of us for a mini-getaway. We were easily able to cross the border into Canada to explore the Vancouver area, as well as right out the back door to hike in a small forested park. Would definitely stay again.

Summary: Staying at Lily point was absolutely breathtaking. The cittage was immaculate and the heated floors are a great touch. Pat was next door and available if needed but it didnt feel as if i was being supervised. I have recommended staying here to many people and will continue to. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Tranqulity Vista, it was a small but spacious cottage with a lovely huge bedroom and a big comfy bed. We explored all around the trails at Lily Point and enjoyed watching the eagles soaring over and feeding on the tidelands. We saw a deer in the forest! I would highly recommend Tranquility Vista if you are looking for a back to nature getaway. Very peaceful.

Summary: If Point Roberts is considered 'off the beaten track', then Tranquility Vista Cottage is 'off, off'. Its location could not be more perfect. It is situated in the far southeast corner of 'Point Bob', at the end of Claire Lane in the midst of an area called Lily Point. Small, comfy, all the ModCons, and it backs onto several hiking/walking trails that are a destination in themselves. It certainly helped that it was sunny and warm during my five-day stay, but had it been raining I doubt I would have cared. Fabulous time!
