Positive: The location was great, and the view from the deck/ living room is beautiful. Loved our stay. We will be back for sure. Extremely quiet.
Negative: The bed is on the cheaper side and not very comfortable. The fan in the living room has a broken stand. It's a basic standing fan and inexpensive to replace. These are not things that would prevent us from coming back.

Positive: The jetted tub was perfect after a long day. The balcony provided beautiful scenery for my morning coffee. The kitchen amenity and grill allowed for a hearty dinner. I will stay here again
Negative: Took me a bit to figure out lights in the bedroom and we never could figure out how to change the channel in the living room. These are user errors though, more a reflection on us than the property

Positive: Clean, comfortable condo in a nice quiet woodsy setting. Good outdoor hot tub. Great location especially for Arapahoe Basin..
Negative: The description which said "four people" was not accurate. Only if you had children that had to sleep on a pullout couch would it be acceptable..

Negative: The code that I received to enter into the Schlage lock did not work. I called the host (Vacasa in Portland OR) who gave me some additional codes to try on a lockbox, but it did not work either. The host said that someone locally would contact me by phone but no one called in the next 25 minutes. I called the host back, and they patched me through to the local host who gave me a code that finally opened the lockbox. It all worked out in the end but it should have been easier than that.
Summary: The rest of my stay was excellent. The apartment was comfortable. The kitchen had sufficient gear.

Positive: The location was about a mile from River Run Village, not super convenient. But the back of the condo looked over a wooded ravine, which was quiet and peaceful. There was a hot tub for the development, which was nice and hot. However, the cover was in pieces and little styrofoam pieces were in the hot tub.
Negative: The bed's mattress felt thin; there was a large body imprint where it dipped down. Not the most comfortable. The condo's furnishing are basic (think college rental), but everything is there. The worst part of the experience was the lack of support from the management company (Vacasa). The ice maker in the fridge was broken for our entire 3 night stay, despite multiple requests for it to be fixed, from the first hour we were there. I will avoid Vacasa from now on!

Positive: Good value. Convenient central location for hiking trails we wanted to do in the area. Convenient code check-in for getting into town late. Very clean.
Negative: Not really the site's fault, but we forgot to buy coffee at the grocery store and it would have been nice if there would have been some on site to make in the morning. The mattress on the main bed wasn't the best.
Summary: We were pleased with our stay and it worked well for the hiking trip we had planned.

Positive: *Contemporary apartment which had everything we needed for our stay - felt like an hotel room (in a good way!) *Well-equipped: including a full kitchen, grill, and a washing machine / dryer *Pleasant balcony with absolutely beautiful views to the forest *Great on-site spa with a large hot-tub (outdoors) *Clear instructions on how to enter / use the facilities / check-out *The whole parking lot was promptly plowed after an intense snow storm the night before we left (phew!)
Negative: *Toilet and bathtub were moderately dirty when we arrived and we had to perform some cleaning ourselves *The main bed was squeaky *The TV on the bedroom could be larger *The heated pool is off-site: we tried going but found it too cumbersome to park a few blocks away from it and walk in the cold weather... so we ended up heading back
