Summary: Was reasonable and clean about what we expected. Breakfast was dismal. You could see through the coffee. There was cereal and waffles, no toast, no fruit, no yogurt.

Summary: For 61 dollars out the door, it is a great deal. The bedding was clean, there is laminate on the floor, no carpet. There is laundry on site. There is no iron/ironing board or coffee maker in the room. There is a microwave/ mini fridge, soap and packets of shampoo. The breakfast is a waffle iron/ coffee, water and cereal and milk. It was not the cleanest area. For one night, it was worth it.
