Summary: Feels a little more tired than when I was last there. Certainly the room feels a little more worn, missing grout in the bathroom etc. The tornado of information and explanation about charges and deposits etc didn't feel particularly welcoming.

Summary: It is a simple and clean room...well worth the low price I paid. Not fancy, but clean and the staff was polite. It's in a great location- right across from Holy Donut. I would definitely stay here again.
