Summary: Comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, Sky tv. Very small room and bathroom, no wardrobe, ok for us as we really only slept there. Parts of it had been refurbished but there was a door with damage to it and a blind and a window needing repair. Possibly also used for emergency housing? Reasonable price point.
