Summary: I do not recommend. Went in for breakfast at 7.30am and the milk jug was empty. There was no milk for me to have cereal. I was there for 20 minutes and kitchen staff did not bother replacing the milk. Boiled eggs, yoghurt etc were not available even though I went in at 7.30am, many food items were finished at 7.30am and they didn't bother to replace them. Cheap and grubby hotel. I will not be back.

Summary: The hotel is outdated and can use some pretty-ing up. Rooms were fine but shortage of power sockets. The breakfast area needs attention. I was grateful for what was offered but always had to go ask at front desk to provide more coffee, need more syrup for waffles, need more batter for waffles… etc.. there were 5 tables that could seat 4 each (20 people) but only 12 chairs. Saw many people standing to eat or taking it to their room. No one monitored it and saw people having to clear and wipe their own tables….. do better please!

Summary: First I would like to say that the lady at the front desk was always helpful when needed. She did her best. The rooms are very dated and the bathroom was dated and in need of a reno. The carpets in the room were lifting so they need some attention. We required extra towels and when we went down to the front desk she only had one and said we could get some more in the morning from the housekeeper. She took down our room number so she could let them know. That was fine however we didn't see the housekeeper before leaving for the day. We put out the "clean our room" sign when we left for the day. Our beds were made, no extra towels left and garbage's were not emptied. We had a one year old with us so...... garbage's had dirty diapers in them. I ended up taking the garbage out when we returned. Also they have a outdoor pool which my grandson was excited about but unfortunately is wasn't open yet ? there was water in it, its June and the weather was sunny and 24 degrees?? Didn't say it was a maintenance issue just wasn't open yet. Disappointing for sure.

Summary: Second time staying here, this time we were left disappointed. Room was comfortable but it was very noisy throughout the night. “Breakfast” was essentially dry toast or some fruit. Was sent pre check-in forms but reception did not have them and had to fill them out again. On site parking was easy

Summary: The hotel was clean but disappointed that they didn’t have an elevator for people with mobility issues. As I have mobility issues doing stairs was not good for me and had to ask staff to move us to a different room so that I would not have to do the stairs. The breakfast was not well served and we had to constantly request for items for the continental breakfast

Summary: Repeat stay. Perfect location in South Calgary. Monitored safe free parking. Good room layout, very friendly staff, very reasonable room rate and decent free breakfast. I will stay again.
