Summary: Their kids were riding bikes all over property almost ran into us TWICE. CIGARETTE BUTTS EVERYWHERE OUTSIDE IN COURTYARD AREA,TRASH etc..

Summary: Room was spacious. Lots of parking. Hot tub was gross, pool was freezing cold. Carpet in room was heavily stained. Breakfast was very nice with fresh fruit and juice.

Summary: Gross smell. Very dirty carpet. Snot on bedspread. Water in bathroom faucet was thick and cloudy. Thick layer of dust & cobwebs on fan. Dirt, spiderwebs, etc. behind toilet / in corners. Remote only worked sometimes. Owner was nice at check in.
