Summary: Great hotel close to restaurants and stores. Short drive to the beach. Beds are comfy and rooms are clean. I love the variety of coffees and teas that are available 24/7. A nice touch! The staff here are amazing, so friendly and accomodating! I will definitely return!

Summary: So it was a little sketchy. Good was a nice staff member was came to fix the air conditioning right away ss it was 27c when I got there. It was pretty much the cheapest in the area. Now not so good. The interior was clean but dated.

Summary: Staff at check-in were super friendly. Pool and hot tub not so clean. Room was dated but clean. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Would stay again.

Summary: Fridge froze our food so we had to through everything out the next morning. Coffee machine leaked and then coffee tasted soapy. TV didn’t turn on as it was set in the instructions on the table. Side lamp didn’t turn on. Door sticks.

Summary: -Hotel was in a good location -Did pre-check-in online (as offered by hotel earlier in the day by Text msg & email) -Arrived at hotel, and had to re-do everything I did in the pre-checkin online. Which made the pre-checkin a waste of my time. -Room Keys did not work, had to go get them re-programmed -WIFI did not work, went to front desk, Agent claimed it was working, I told him to check again, and he said oh. I guess its not... So he did something on computer, and said there its fixed. Nope not fixed. Or the WIFI & internet was just crap? I did a speedtest, less than 1MB. So All the work i needed to get done on my laptop, I could not do. -Next morning, I just checked out early and went across street to MCD to use there WIFI, which worked perfectly. -For Me having reliable WIFI is Extremely Important, as Im staying for Business. I will not return to this hotel in the future because of this.

Summary: WIFI did not work in Room 25. Had ZOOM meeting at 7, missed about 25 minutes. Only saw part because receptionist was helpful and suggested reception is probably better near reception desk, so moved there. Later, TV did not work. Receptionist checked, found that control was not working, and was able to obtain one that worked. You should not advertise WIFI service unless it works in all rooms. Improve your WIFI service, or don't advertise that it is available.

Summary: First off once we arrived the place was closed when I had called to let them know I would be arriving late. I would be coming in late from my flight. I had to wait about 10 minutes before somebody showed up to open the front door once we were given our rooms one of the rooms were not even cleaned and had already been slept in and used, and I needed to sleep in my friends room that night as they were fully booked. When I informed them this, they apologize and stated that another worker had given me the room and they will get another room for me. The TV did not work the first night as there was no TV box in the room I needed To Find the person the following day and informed them that both rooms did not have TV access. Overall, I would not return, but if you need a quick place to lay your head, this will do the job.
