Summary: Wonderful, friendly staff. Very clean. The most horribly hard, uncomfortable matress on the bed I've ever experienced. Horrible sleep. Absolutely no give to to the sleeping surface, no cushion. Pillows way too soft.

Summary: The carpet in the room should be removed, it smells bad. I was going to use a so-called “clean” facecloth when I was about to shower but once it got wet I saw how dirty it looked so of course I didn’t use it. Either the laundry service is very poor or these are way too old and need to be replaced. The room only had 1 nightstand and my husband and I have medical devices CPAP machines that we use at night and there was no place to put one of them because 1 side of the bed was up against the wall. I went to the reception to tell them but the worker was kind of rude. He said an upgraded room would cost an additional $25. A maintenance man came to move the bed over and we had to place the machine on top our suitcase.
