Summary: The lit sofa didn't have sheets, so we had to ask reception for them at midnight. The room smelled musty, even mouldy. The lit sofa was missing three springs, so part was sagging. The ceramic tile floor in the bathroom was broken, and the silicone on the bathtub and floor was very dirty. The bathroom fan was full of dust. The mattress on the main bed was of inferior quality, so we didn't sleep well. We often book rooms with Hotels.com and have always been very satisfied... but we will never book rooms at Travelodge again, or at least this one. You should no longer offer this establishment.

Summary: Check in was amazing. Breakfast was adiquate as a quick free one. Upon arrival, and our 2nd night as well, there was a mall behind the building yelling, screaming and hitting himself. The garbage in the reception area was overflowing and to top off the garbage there was pizzafalling out beside the only cbair to sit on. Got to our room and it was nice until i turned around. Our thermostat said error cooling. Good thing i pressed the fan off and when it came on it reset itself. Opened our window to see the view and wow a dirt filled pool in a fenced area that had a fun odour. Our fridge was great when ever it turned on to cool it vibrated and rattled. I will not stay here ever again and i wish i had got a refund. 2 nights total and wow that was enough for me. Should have taken my chances in Detroit. Same atmosphere.

Summary: Staff was very rude. Accused me of smoking in the room when I was trying to explain to her that the smoke was from me blow drying my hair. Did not listen at all. Kept trying to argue and fight and did not listen to what I was asking when the power went away. Poor customer service. The hotel and the room was good.

Summary: In the room, the TV did not work. The alarm clock did not work. The telephone did not were first offered. A new remote for the TV that did not work. Finally, they had to change the room. Very disappointed
