Negative: We arrived late on our first night and although I appreciate it was our fault for not advising beforehand, the staff at the front desk reports they called us but I didn’t receive a call - possibly as we were travelling. it would have been extremely easy to have just emailed us to advise us how to get into our apartment. instead we didn’t get into it until the next morning and almost slept in our car overnight. extremely unsatisfactory situation especially with children so we paid to stay a night in a nearby hotel. Poor shower: there was no attachment to hold up the shower so you had to hold the shower head whilst showering. Rules on cleaning the property at the end were very strict and especially as we weren’t provided with cleaning materials. for a one week stay it’s excessive having to buy cleaning products to clean the apartment. then what was most disappointing was that the reception staff were not willing to inspect the room on our departure so we could be assured of a refund of our deposit.
Summary: good location but staff not friendly and inflexible - wouldn’t return
