Positive: The main reason we booked this location was because of the hot tub and the hot tub didn't work. The back yard wasn't cleaned at all prior to our arrival and pool had dirt in the bottom. To me this was un acceptable due to the amount of money we paid. I've rented other homes in the las vegas area and never had these issues. The bed linen had to be taken off and washed due to my mother having sensitive skin. I highly recommend to use non scented washing powder or hypoallergenic because you don't know what people are allergic to. Other than that, the house was nice it was clean inside and met most of our needs. But the host needs to answer her phone she was only responding by email and not in a promptly matter. The patio furniture needs to be updated the couch had bird poop all over them we couldn't enjoy then and the patio table was leaning and one of the chairs was completely broken upon arrival. If she makes these changes I have no doubt this would be a great place the stay. The host was nice but it would've helped if she responded faster and the hot tub was actual heated.

Positive: The house itself was in a beautiful, safe neighborhood and the location was amazing!
Negative: The hot tub wasn't working and apparently this has been an issue for at least a month based on a previous review back in April. However, the host kept giving instructions on what to do although we kept telling her there was a light coming on that said "service heater" and there was a piece that looked like the thermostat sensor that had been removed on top of the actual heater. The garbage disposal did not work and there was a slight odor coming from the sink. None of the bathroom outlets worked, the light fixture in the master bedroom was literally hanging down with exposed wires. The back light for the pool at night did not work, and several of the anchors that held the hand towel fixtures were broken, loose, or not secured all the way. The back door lock did not work. The master bedroom shower wand adjustment was broken. Overall this is a beautiful property and has a lot of potential but definitely needs some maintenance and attention to earn a higher rating.

Positive: We had a great stay at this clean, spacious 3 bedrooms house. The house had everything and all to cook or to play games. We enjoyed our stay using the BBQ and beatiful backyard. We were a company of six and the house offered comfort, fun and the warmth of our own home. The neighborhood is amazing, beautiful, high class, and quite. Only 7.5 miles ftom the strip, made it very close to the down town but still far from all the crowd and noises when we needed to rest. The game room is amazing for people who have kids. I am very picky about my bed and stayed in the main bedroom but the bed was comfy enough for me and I have no complaint about the beds. My guests gave this house 5 star and enjoyed this place as much as my family did. We will definitely come back to this house. Thank you!
