Summary: My wife and I stayed here for my birthday & Thanksgiving 2020. This is like the "glamping" of cabins! The cabin is surrounded by trees, providing good privacy from the 3 other cabins on the property. There was a family with children in the cabin across the pond from us, but we could only hear them if they were using their outdoor voices near the pond, and we were mindful to keep our music low, as sound could definitely carry across the water. There's horseshoes & cornhole on the other side of the pond, but on our side of the pond, there's a little pier where you can walk out and fish. The cabin is really spacious, clean and very nicely decorated. All new appliances; it was nice having a dishwasher, as well as a refrigerator with filtered water and ice maker. We brought lots of food to make meals and found all the utensils & cookware we needed in the cabinets and drawers. Definitely plenty of dishes, silverware, glasses, etc. that a family would need. Lots of cleaning supplies and such under the sink. Large dining table in the kitchen area. The living room was comfortable and has a big TV. The ONLY downside of the cabin is we couldn't ever really figure out the two TVs. It's satellite dish internet, so connection wasn't very strong, and the menus were confusing. We did take a Blu-ray player, as well as our Google Chromecast, to try to plug into the TVs and watch holiday movies, but we couldn't find any accessible ports, so we gave up. They also had a DVD or Blu-ray player in one of the nightstands, but again, it wasn't clear how that would be plugged in. Not a big deal, but something to keep in mind. I loved the bedroom linens and the bed was really comfortable. There are lots of nice fluffy bath towels, as well as two robes in the bathroom. The double-headed shower was AMAZING & there were some toiletries provided. The bathtub was also truly wonderful. The stacked washer & dryer were handy and soap & fabric softener was provided. The back deck is AWESOME. Ceiling fan, large porch bed swing and big cool hot tub. We made a fire in the pit one night and also grilled on the charcoal grill. Be sure to bring firewood for the fire pit and indoor fireplace! All together, it was our best trip to a cabin ever, and I highly recommend this cabin. We can't wait to check out the other cabins there, too. Property manager, Anna, was also so helpful and friendly! It truly was a "treasured time" and we will be back! :)

Summary: My husband and I had a wonderful weekend getaway at the cabin that was a quick 45 min drive from Dallas. It felt like we were really getting away with the beautiful nature/tree views, and the cabin had all the amenities we needed to really rest and relax. We enjoyed grilling, reading in the rocking chairs, walking although the pond/paths, soaking in the hot tub, and making s'mores. Would love to come back!

Summary: This is our new favorite getaway! I loved everything about this cabin. Comfortable, clean, peaceful. There is NOTHING I would change except I wish I could have stayed longer.

The kitchen is fully stocked with quality tools, the picture windows really accentuate the surrounding environment, and the quality of everything in the cabin is top-notch. Summary: The cabin was beautiful with all the amenities you could hope for. Very secluded, yet close enough to go into town for dinner and a movie. We did have a hard time with the tv's, never did get the bedroom one to work. Everything else was amazing though.
