This two-story home sits a few blocks off Maine Route 1 in Damariscotta, just over two miles from the restaurants, pubs, and conveniences in the heart of town. It's an incredibly central Midcoast location, whether you're hoping to snack on lobster rolls in Wiscasset (11 miles), drive down to the Pemaquid Point Lighthouse (18 miles), or set sail from Boothbay Harbor (19 miles). Rockland, St. George, Rockport, and Camden are all within 25 miles as well.
Come home from the day's excursions to relax on the screened porch and light the gas grill for an evening barbecue.
