Positive: We spent two nights at the lodge and really enjoyed the beauty of the place, the tranquil and the privacy of the place and the friendliness of the hosts. The area is beautiful and interesting, the lodge was nicely decorated and the kitchen had everything we needed. I highly recommend spending a part of your Mauritian vacation up in the mountains and in this lodge.

Positive: The property was tucked away in a beautiful corner of Chamarel. The sounds of the birds and view of the mountain was stunning! The accommodation was comfortable and beautiful, it felt modern but homey and welcoming. I saw many beautiful birds and even the fruit bats flying at sunset right from the porch.

Positive: I liked the friendly welcome, hospitality, communication via WhatsApp and the quiteness of our house. The view was stunning and the interiour was nice and clean!

Negative: The street towards the house is a bit bumpy and can have puddles after rain.

The highlight for us was the breathtaking mountain view —waking up every morning to watch the birds in the valley was a truly magical experience. Positive: The location is absolutely beautiful. The kitchen and BBQ were well kitted out. The host (Vincent) was great. The bed and room were comfortable. Everything was clean. It felt good to come home to the place after a day out.

Negative: I would not change a thing.
