Summary: Very confusing. Lady at check in said Breakfast starts at 7am; the man in reception at 7am didn't speak any english and didn't understand anything. We ate at the restaurant the night before and it cost 59.34 with tax; when I paid at check out it was 60.XX something, he couldn't explain to me why it went up, we gave a tip to dinner staff the night before so it wasn't that. Very Confusing why it was 1.50 or more the next day. The cabin was fine. I am fine using Google Translate but under these circumstances it made the transaction very frustrating.

Summary: I love this hotel. It is one of my favorite places on earth. Many tour options. Rooms (especially cabins) are very comfortable and clean. Must go!!

Summary: Very peaceful the staff was exceptional and helpful, all spoke English and made our stay very memorable we will most definitely be back soon

Summary: This place and people was very nice. There was 3 things that they should fix, 1) Hot water takes a long time and is very weak. 2) the shower floor is very slippery. 3) the room was in the dark side, I personally don't like it was difficult for me to find things at night. The attention was excellent, One night my grandson got sick and they come over to help us with some extra towels and whatever we need. I like that!! Breakfast was included and it was delicious. We had a good time!

Summary: Most of the staff are very good and welcoming. However, some are just doing their job. All the activities and guides were great. The room could use a dehumidifier and some pest control. The food was ok.
