Negative: Our only complaint is the early checkout time of 10 am. That was a stressful deadline to meet.

Positive: This house is perfect! Everything was so clean and comfortable. The hot tub was perfect. Kitchen is well stocked. Great value for the money. We were 3 couples and had plenty of room

Positive: It was great being close to town but not in town. The pool was right close, quiet area, pet/kid friendly area. Perfect getaway for the family. We didn't use the fullness of the 3bedrm house but it was enough for our 3kids and us The kids loved having a TV in their room and the bathroom attached. loved the shower heads!! I gave the cleanliness a 5 when we first walked in but that was before doing a full walk through.
Negative: There was a dishwasher full of dishes (unsure if cleaned) left. Didn't even touch them, we used what was in the cabinets and hand washed what we used and put them back. Also found a dirt bowl in the cabinet. not a big deal. There was like mud/ mop gross ness at the corners of cabinets but it happens when someone tries quickly moping. another not a big deal thing.

Positive: The private hot tub was a nice addition. It was great to have the pool and sport center close for the kids. They had a lot of fun.
Negative: I had to pick multiple long hairs off the sheets in the master bedroom before I could get in bed. The king bed mattress was extemely uncomfortable. The mattress sagged towards the middle so I felt like I was slanted and falling towards the middle all night. We both were very sore from the bed. Unbeknownst to me, the alarm clock was set for 6 am, so that was a rude awakening and made for an early saturday morning after a late night. Those things aside, we had a nice time and enjoyed the area.
Summary: Overall was a good stay. A few things could be improved.
