Positive: Fantastic location and grounds, lots of facilities, polite, friendly and helpful reception staff, exceptionally comfortable beds. Breakfast was well arranged and there was plenty on offer for everyone.
Negative: Some areas of the room could have been a little cleaner, and some small items of maintenance need to be addressed, such as damp stains on the ceilings and peeling paint. A couple of the staff seemed quite aloof, which isn’t great. We ordered a “room service” pizza one night from the olives bar, I use the term room service loosely as there’s no phone in the room to order one so I had to physically go and order it, which kind of defeats the purpose of room service being convenient, then we waited just short of an hour for one of the most underwhelming pizzas I think I’ve ever eaten (Asian pulled pork allegedly). I must add finally that although these points may seem pretty negative they pale in comparison to the rest of the experience, the wonderful surroundings and facilities, the breathtaking sea view (we paid a small fee to upgrade this), and the excellent service of the reception team. My only real complaint is that we couldn’t stay longer!!!

Positive: The sea view from our room was fantastic the best I ever had. Greenery amazing, woodland very nice. Stunning surroundings. Very close proximity to beach and restaurant, shops...we havent used our car all week.Staff was very polite everywhere. Great sense of humor :) Our room fantastic size. Main bed very comfortable. Great inside and outside swimming pools. I had neck/back massage-amazing Luxury pedicure very nice. Thank you, all staff were amazing.
Negative: I was missing fresh vegetables for breakfast like cucumber, some salads...also no fruit to be able to take with us like apples, bananas.... Dinner options were quite limited to my liking and quite expensive. Our room had very squeeky floor and sofa bed (for my child) was the bit unconfortable. Bathroom had some mold on tiles which was just painted over.

Positive: Location is perfect 10mins walk to the beach. The room is basic. The view from the hotel is amazing.
Negative: The room we got smells musty especially the bathroom. We asked the reception and they asked the housekeeping to clean the smell. But it didn’t help. I would expect this needed to be improved for future for a good hotel like this.
