Positive: Amazing location, beautiful house. Really really loved that place! I would very much recommend staying there. The beach is just georgeous! Half way down to the beach from the house is a bench, where you can watch sunsets (well you can do that from the house, but I much preferred the bench or beach😉) The coastal path is at hand with beautifull walks in both directions. We walked to Minack theatre from the house and it is breathtaking! Closeby is Sennen beach, you can walk there, with great surfing. Smart surf school with Sam and Seb is fab! 1 week stay was not enough! We will come back❤️
Negative: Just small details, nothing serious. The kitchen needs a bit of an update, the cooking pans are old, scratched, not enough cutlerries and cups for larger group (well... enough, but if you used some for cooking, you had to wash before setting the table)

Positive: The location, at the end of the track gave total privacy, every window gave an amazing view, the view of sennen from the upstairs middle seating area was spectacular. Outside area provided dining table and a bar-b-q. Although not cleaned out before from last guests, once we'd cleaned the grill it did very well. It is an upside down house so you get the most wonderful views from upstairs windows which I didn't realise when I booked it with 2 elderly relatives. They had no problems, my knees took a bit of a battering but everything was absolutely worth it. We all loved it, the best holiday we've had in years. All came back very rested and relaxed and we can't wait to go back. It was a perfect week. We didn't want to come home. I totally recommend this house to anyone and everyone..
