Positive: The hotel staff provided excellent service and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel's location is also very convenient, as it is close to my destination in the BSD area.
Negative: I was disappointed with the attitude of the security staff, especially in the parking area. When I returned to the hotel, the security officer was not helpful in assisting me with parking. More importantly, the tone of voice used was impolite and made me feel as though I was just an event guest rather than a hotel guest. I was instructed to park on the upper level, where there is no direct lift access to the hotel. Meanwhile, guests attending an event were allowed to park in the area with direct lift access. This inconsistency was frustrating, but what disappointed me the most was the security officer's unfriendly and discourteous manner of speaking.

Positive: It’s clean and great outdoor terrace, swimming pools and basketball court
Negative: The shower areas have some drainage issues which can be annoying. The breakfast buffet can run outs of food and drinks very early which is not a good sign for 4 star hotels
Summary: Nice place to stay with great facilities but need to improve the shower drainage system and improve breakfast buffet ser

Positive: Almost over all was very nice, bedroom new, modern, breakfast room, FB are good, in the Bathroom there is Bathtub ONLY for shower with NO curtain, it means water splashed every direction, as a guess i can’t see it, so i had to clean it! Mould everywhere around the Bathtub! The water in Bathroom didn’t run! so you had to hold the lid with your finger… to let the water run out!!! Hygienic??😁
Negative: They tried to charge me extra before we checked out, the reason was “a lipstick stain” on the towel😁 until i told them my complain list longer then their problem, until the manager called me to apologise.
Summary: Overall very nice, just need more attention for the bathroom & hygienic then try to make “a small money”
