Positive: Amazing location, you need to take the little ferry to go to this paradise. The hotel is very trendy style and comfortable. Top location! Top views. Quiet, idyllic - very unique. Dinner was nice. Good food, nice service. Lovely views from the terrace.
Negative: The person who received us, "blamed" me in his communication, that "this is the type of the room you chose" (Well, I did not remember what I chose months before, and also not the other types of options...Sorry about that. I booked dozens of rooms in the mean time and worked - I did not have focus on their room types) . This was not necessary. That was a bit childish. But then he was nice to offer us a room of 2 options. Breakfast was a bit limited.
Summary: Idyllic stay in Paradise, at the lake, over with a ferry / amazing views. Stylish boutique hotel

Positive: The best, welcoming, friendly and charming Team I ve ever experienced in a hotel, makes you feel so welcome that you feel like friends and family ♡ top notch excellent italian- style food!- little on the expensive side but its absolutely worth it- , super cute fish themed rooms- LOVE the fish scales /or mermaid- pink tiles in the bathroom! I will be back for sure

Positive: Staff and view. Rooms are charming. Food was also very good.
Negative: Our room was over the top of the restaurant terrace and we could smell cigarette smoke directly into our bed. Also booking could inform the hotel is only accessible by boat. It was a bit inconvenient for us as it was planned to be one night stay.
