Summary: Everything thing was clean and well maintained. The owners were quick to respond to our questions. 5 minute walk to resturants, shops, and the best donuts I have ever eaten. Only thing is it is not suitable for young children. Only glassware to use and the stair were steep. I would not recommend for kids under 5. Overall, amazing place and will gladly stay again when I am in the area.

Summary: In Miamisburg for a wedding and enjoyed staying at this duplex. The apartment was spacious, very clean and an easy walk into town. There were nice touches like the beautiful kitchen table, the chandelier in the main bedroom and plenty of towels and bedding. We recommend this apartment and will book it again if we get back to Miamisburg.

Summary: My husband and I stayed for an extended weekend and this place was perfect. There is also plenty of space for additional people if needed and a large kitchen if you wanted to cook instead of eating out. The only issue we had was with the stairs. They are very small and could be dangerous if you’re not careful. Overall it was a great place and we would definitely stay again if we returned.

Summary: This little space was great for our family of 6. We just needed a comfortable place to sleep and have breakfast, and it checked all the boxes. Affordable, clean and in a safe neighborhood. The stairs are narrow and steep, and the bathroom is up in the master bedroom. So if you have trouble maneuvering that type of thing then this may not be the place for you. But overall we were satisfied with our stay! We will definitely consider this location for our future trips to see family.

Summary: This was a great place to stay. Everything I needed was available in abundance. It was clean, clean, clean! The neighborhood was quiet. My only concern was with the steps to the second floor which are very shallow and steep like those you'd find leading to a basement. Other than that, everything was great. The hosts provided me with all the information I needed about the property. I'm very grateful.😊
