Clean, cozy, and modern, the cabin sleeps up to 10 comfortably in new beds dressed in luxury linens. Large windows frame beautiful views of the lake including from the two outdoor terraces. The house has been gorgeously updated with bright new bathrooms an elegant kitchen, and comfortable outdoor living spaces in which to enjoy lake life to the fullest!
The Cabin is a hand crafted, post and beam, beautiful timberframe home, immaculately appointed with high quality finishes and furnishings. Completely renovated in 2021, it is considered to be one of the most unique and magical homes in the area. Its 1900+ square feet offers 3 en suite bedrooms sleeping 10 comfortably. The main attraction though is the outdoor living space, covered dock, and great room with views of beautiful Lake Hartwell.

Other Amazing Features: New 8 person hot tub regularly cleaned and maintained, 2 kayaks with paddles, lily pad float, 2 paddle boards with paddles, fishing rods, charcoal grill, fire pit with Adirondack chairs. All linens included
*** PLEASE NOTE****
1) Master and guest bedrooms on the top floor has no bathroom. Bathrooms are located on the main floor and basement.
2) Main bath has a beautiful new tile shower and luxurious claw foot tub.
3) Finished basement has a full bath with shower.
4) For your protection, the front door bell is a Ring Doorbell that has video recording monitoring for outside only.
5) For your protection, there is a video camera recording monitoring for the backyard facing the pathway to the dock.
6) Cell service is not the most reliable in this area however most major carriers will be able to pick up signal at the top of the driveway. Home has very reliable wifi and you will be able to enable wifi calling on your smartphone.
7) There is an outdoor shower with hot water available for your convenience. Please rinse off before entering the hot tub after being in the lake. Not doing so may result in chemical imbalance and additional charges to correct.
8) Please rinse all dishes before putting into the dishwasher. Failure to do so will result in clogged pipes and damage fees.
9) The kayaks and paddle boards are for your enjoyment. Due to the nature of lake water, they may not always be perfectly clean.

Summary: You’ll feel like you have the lake to yourself! This is our second time staying spending a week at this property, and we’ll definitely book it again. Fantastic deep water dock in a secluded part of the lake with enough lake toys to keep your group entertained all day. The vibe is definitely more cozy family lake cabin versus updated/modernized house.

Summary: My husband and I and our four boys spent a week relaxing at this cabin. The boys enjoyed kayaking, soaking in the hot tub, and hanging out around the bonfire. I was able to read a book in the hammock and enjoyed family game nights. I would recommend this cabin to anyone looking to get in some family time and relaxation. Thank you for sharing your beautiful lake house with us!

Summary: We loved this place so much. It has the homey feel of the family lakehouse but with so many updates and modern conveniences! Morning coffee in the hot tub, sunset in the hot tub, watching deer from the hot tub some of our favorites :) along with cozy movie nights in the downstairs den. It is probably a blast here in the summer but I can't imagine enjoying and relaxing any more than we did on our winter getaway.

Summary: We had a nice family vacation at this cabin on Lake Hartwell. The cabin was all that was shown on the site and the family of kids, spouses and grandkids rated it as one of our best places we have stayed. Location was close to all the spots we wanted to visit and the cabin’s amenities made it so enjoyable just relaxing there. The paddle boat, kayaks, fire pit, upper screened in porch and jacuzzi were a hit. And we hit fall colors perfect. Finally Jessica, with Hart Realty, was so helpful to all our request. Looking forward to coming back.

Summary: The lake house had fabulous outdoor amenities. Our group had a blast on the lily pad, the large dock and in the jacuzzi. The cove is so quiet and perfect for lounging and playing. We were disappointed that the pedal boat was not clean enough to take out on the water, but our group fortunately found lots of other things to enjoy. There was a well stocked kitchen and lots of towels for each guest- and the space in each bedroom was maximized to accommodate large groups.

Summary: We booked the house to host my daughter’s HS Senior trip for her & a few friends. The house & property were perfect - they have thought of everything! The owner was great to work with - no issues. Driveway wasn’t terrible. Everyone maneuver in & out just fine. Wouldn’t have more than 3 vehicles. I have a fear of spiders. Didn’t see a single spider or bug in the house or on the screened in porch (yay!). The 2 stair cases in the house are steep - only consideration if you have littles or physical restrictions - but outside of that, highly recommend!!

Summary: Rented the property for a weekend anniversary getaway just me and my wife. The house decor is awesome, and we loved the outdoor lighting on the upper and lower deck and dock area. My wife’s favorite part was the claw foot soaking tub, and mine was fishing off the dock just watching the boaters go down the lake.

Summary: This was a lovely gem to stay at for my wedding weekend. I hosted my wedding party with me and we managed to work on last minute projects and plans and enjoy our time together. The driveway is VERY steep. You definitely need an all-wheel or 4 -wheel drive car. Was definitely tough to fit everyone’s car. All in all a beautiful place and Jessica was a great host!
