It is furnished with trendy, yet elegant and classic authentic wood furnishings. It also has a private balcony and near many hospitals, universities and shops/eateries. Private garage space, internet and Direct TV are provided in addition to full amenities including linens, towels, kitchen dishware/utensils, pots/pans, and a baby crib and baby bath are also available upon request.
NOTE: Only Internet and Direct TV are included in the VRBO rate. Electric and Gas costs in excess of $125/month and Water/Sewer costs up to $50 are covered by the tenant for all long term stays up to 28 days. Summary: Excellent location with easy access to many attractions from mayfield road. Stayed here for 7 weeks. Due to bad luck had a number of issues from a leaky toilet, broken internet, busted kitchen sink, gnat infestation, and a leaking roof. Paula was blistering fast to address all issues and had someone Putin less than 24 hours in pretty much all cases. Sometimes with in hours. Paula is an excellent owner and was quick to address all problems. Was offered other accommodations at one point but chose to remain in current location. Would stay at another one of Paula’s properties without hesitation.

Summary: Owner Paula great to work with! We had to change our arrival time several times as we were delayed in departing, very helpful and understanding to meet us upon arrival. Then we had to extend our stay Twice! Thank God that there was enough time in between us and next reservation to accommodate us! Even if not... she has couple others in area she offered to check in on to see if could accommodate us... Paula went above and beyond to help us and even offered suggestions for our situation that were of Great help! Thank you Paula! Highly recommend this place for vacation or to stay for family member staying at the Cleveland clinic. Just few miles, pretty straight shot right to clinic. Thanks again Paula!

Summary: This place was full of architectural character - beautiful hardwood floors, dining room built-ins and solid 6-panel wood doors with their original hardware. Loved the house's location, too. We walked in the neighborhood almost every evening. Despite its close proximity to major roads, it was quiet. This house is close to downtown Cleveland, and also close to our many relatives and friends that live out in the far-eastern suburbs, and made commutes to our east and west destinations very easy. We are not terribly fond of AC (though it was handy on a few steamy days!), so were pleased that the living room windows open wide, along with the balcony door, so we were able to get nice cool breezes in the evening after the sun went down. Paula is a great homeowner who really wants her guests to feel at home in her home.
