Positive: The view is amazing, the room condition was very good. The room doesn't get any direct sunlight which is great We could see the stars at night, we saw the dawn, the lake, the city... The room service was good.

Negative: The room was not ready when we arrived at check-in time, it was given 20 minutes late. The staff offered to change rooms to speed up the process but we didn't accept since we had booked "the best" room available. We had to call the staff twice to fix the hot water, which they promptly did.

Summary: Amazing view.

Positive: I love the quiet place. The view is so peaceful. Everybody is doing a great job. Stuff is amazing.
