Positive: Very spacious (if staying with a smaller party) but very accommodating for large as well depending on space preference! Beautiful views from the rooftop with an easy access to the train station. The locals are very nice in the area, I recommend L-Wise karaoke bar if interested in nightlife.
Negative: Could provide more trash bins, I’m unsure how any larger of a party would accommodate the smaller bins for trash, there was 4 people in our party and the trash filled fairly quickly.
Summary: Definitely recommend, when coming back to Osaka it would be hard to choose any other location.

Positive: the property was amazing, it located beside a train station. literally in the front of the Shirokitakoendori station. Also near from the mini mart like lawsons and seria
Negative: Actually Im amazed with this property, but maybe you can provide rice cooker hehe.

Positive: Great little villa. We loved our stay here. You get the whole 3 floor house for you with an authentic Japanese vibe. The house is quite big and can accommodate a lot of people. The owner is very professional and easily available in case you need something. It looked too nice to be true, we thought it’s a scam but turned out it very true and nice ! Also it’s literally next to a metro so it makes it very easy to go anywhere. We highly recommend it.

Positive: An unusual but interesting experience. The location is very convenient in terms of transport logistics.
Negative: Despite the fact that the entire building is at the disposal of residents, the range of amenities is minimal. The location of the kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms is more than strange and extremely inconvenient. It is difficult and difficult to constantly scurry along narrow and very steep stairs. all the amenities are very worn out and clearly need renovation. There is a complete lack of places to place luggage, clothes, dry towels. The same goes for external soundproofing. It is very interesting what was originally located in the building))
