Positive: Ideal location in Vichy for independent travelers between the station and town centre and it is a charming town. A friendly welcome awaited us as the Trianon was being upgraded and owner was most helpful with suggestions of where to go, eat etc. It was a quiet, comfortable, unpretentious hotel which served a good continental breakfast. To be recommended we really enjoyed our three-night stay.

Positive: Excellent location, very helpful manager.

Negative: Currently undergoing renovation so our room was dated but was planned for a refresh. Nothing detracted from our stay rhough. Air con would be helpful.
