Positive: Although the furnishings were dated, I’ve never seen a hotel from this era, so clean and pristine! Impressive really. Staff were super accommodating and friendly. Location was great.
Negative: Our room was very dark, and we were not provided with a balcony, although staff did their best to try to accommodate us . So, we had no view or ability to step outside . No hot water in bathroom sink. Hot tubs did not have jets and entire pool area was kind of tired looking. Needing a revamp for sure.
Summary: A blast from the past - circa 1980’s, but kept incredibly CLEAN! Friendly, helpful staff!

Positive: Great location, beautiful area.
Negative: Not a positive experience with check-in staff, or the room cleaners. The room is very worn and needs some love. Pool hours too short. Kitchen in my room very sparsely equipped. Lots of little things indicate poor management. Just not up to the standards possible for a good building in a great spot.

Positive: Location in Kimberley was very quiet and they had a nice pool and hot tub .Staff were very friendly and helpful
Negative: Got put in end room facing side zero room on deck outside room yet many open rooms during down season , As well eating services zero during Monday or Tuesday so driving into town to eat was a surprise.As well they need to update hotel for prices they are asking as upgrades after so long regardless of any property.
Summary: Nice location but needing upgrades to justify costs
