Negative: There there is no English-speaking channels on the TV. In the studio apartment that I was in there was no oven so couldn't really cook anything + had to use the microwave for cooking

Positive: It was clean ,safe and close to everything. We did enjoy our stay there. If we had any issues they responded immediately.
Negative: There was an oven but no equipment provided to cook in it which we found out in the middle of preparing dinner. We bought a baking dish and when we asked for reimbursement we were refused. We were told we should have asked for them to provide it. Also the bathroom drains smelled bad and the plugs had to be plugged in constantly.

Positive: The location is really good. The property is in a well appointed street and there was very good security. Our apartment was on the 4th floor and gave us good views out. We had very comfortable beds and a decent bathroom with a large shower head and a bidet. The kitchen was adequately equipped too.
Negative: The sofa was unfortunately not too comfortable made of a very slippery fabric.
Summary: Just a short walk from the Centro is this very cool apartment house. I loved it

Positive: Kinda close to the old town. Good air condition built in system, works fast. Nice entrance doors and good nice building.
Negative: No a dish washing machine, too little bottle for hand dishwashing liquid for 2 weeks stay, I had to buy a big bottle in the supermarket and left it in the apartment, hope others won’t have this problem thanks to me. The kitchen kettle had rusty dots inside, needed to be replaced.

Positive: The Good, The Bad & The Ugly. First, the good. The place was pristine on the inside, including the entire building and everything in the apartment. Everything looked brand new. The rooftop area was absolutely fantastic and I enjoyed it almost daily. Everyone I dealt with from their staff was very polite. The WIFI was fairly reliable and a decent speed.
Negative: The Bad: I was sick during my entire stay and finally realized with one week left on my one-month lease that there had been a serious water leak from the bathtub, and I have a severe mold allergy. It took far too long for them to come inspect the problem and even longer to relocate me to another apartment. To compensate me, they offered to book a car to the airport for my departure. Rather than booking a private car, they booked a Spanish version of Uber. It never showed up, and I nearly missed my train. I was standing in the middle of the road at 5 in the morning, frantically trying to hail a cab. The Ugly: The area in which the apartment is located is absolutely disgusting. There is human urine and dog feces everywhere. And I mean everywhere. There are a lot of people milling about who are clearly drunk, drugged, or mentally ill, with graffiti and trash strewn about. I've worked throughout the developing world, and the immediate neighborhood around this apartment could be anywhere in Latin America. It didn't feel like Europe at all. Yes, the lovely tourist area is about 15 minutes away. But on the way to the nice part of Malaga, you are going to pass a lot of disgusting stuff. There's no way this apartment is worth more than $750 - and I paid $3,000 USD. It was outrageously overpriced for the neighborhood and for what was included. Or should I say: not included. Absolutely no basic amenities (as you would expect from a hotel or AirBNB) were provided: not even a bottle of water in the frig, no coffee for the coffee maker, no salt and pepper shaker, no cleaning supplies, no trash bags, etc. It was a vacant apartment - not at all what I would have expected, especially when I was paying nearly $100 US per day.
Summary: Not Worth the Price!

Positive: Minty Stay was very responsive via WhatsApp. Location is great- just a few blocks outside the Centro. Lots of natural light and spacious feeling. Apartment is very clean and modern.
Negative: I agree the street noise is high, because it is on a busy street. However, I expected this living in a city. If windows are closed, the noise is bearable.
