Trinity Farm Manor overlooks a private 30 acres in a peaceful valley with views of the countryside from every window. Relax on the large expansive decks where you can enjoy the views of the swimming lake, fishing pond, and soccer arena. Wrap around decks \are complete with comfortable outdoor furniture equipped with both Traeger and BBQ grills.
Gather outside at the common area event space on the first level of the beautifully maintained red barn, complete with ambiance lighting and cast iron tables and chairs.

Trinity Farm Manor features an open concept living, dining and kitchen area perfect for entertaining. Modern down-to-earth luxury furniture perfect for gatherings and large screen SmartTV for your favorite movies, sports or presentation.

The well equipped Manor kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and breakfast bars.
The Manor’s dining room table seats 12 people with additional seating at the expansive kitchen island or work with LoudounStay’s concierge team to accommodate a larger group.
BEDROOMS and BATHS
Trinity Farm Manor sleeps 12 people comfortably with 5 large bedrooms with a mix of king and queen beds. The primary bedroom has a private balcony and large ensuite bathroom. The other 4 rooms share updated bathrooms and all have access to the second floor balcony that wraps around the entire manor home.

Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a 3 night stay in July 2023 as a home base forour daughter’s wedding at Murray Hill. OurGuests were all comfortable and enjoyed the property. The kids loved the lake. We had an AC issue at check in that was handled quickly and professionally.

Summary: I booked this property for a company leadership meeting and the entire team was impressed with the accommodations. The property is beautiful. We originally planned to go out to dinner each night but we were so comfortable at the house we opted to stay in and build a fire. Pam was our point of contact and she was incredibly kind and helpful. As an event planner I have worked with a number of properties and venues and I was very impressed by the level of professionalism and attention to detail that Pam provided. I had the opportunity to tour Magnolia House and next time we plan to book the entire property. I highly recommend booking one of the properties managed by Loudoun Stay!

My family traveled from Canada to attend our daughter’s wedding and the home was perfect for a large group. We had plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable. The grounds are so beautiful and full of wildlife The weather was so warm for November that we were able to enjoy the canoe and paddle boards The customer service was exceptional. We cannot wait for a chance to come back. Thank you

Summary: Our family had the opportunity to stay at this property for two weeks while our teens enjoyed a college camp in nearby town. There was ample space for us to relax, cook and enjoy the amenities such as fishing, canoeing and paddle boarding. Strong internet and large TVs provided us the ability to zoom work during our stay. The roadways to the property can be harrowing as some parts where more narrow than others and hard to see around bend to infrequent but quick moving oncoming traffic. Prior to our arrival to the the property we were informed by the property manager that this home had a Traeger BBQ/grill. That gave us time to learn how to use the BBQ, bring our own spices and was one of the highlights of our stay as we pretty much used it everyday. We sat under the covered porch & fire pit to view sunrise, sunset, various birds, fireflies and even fireworks for the 4th of July. Checkin was simple and property manager, Pam, was easily contacted via text/phone. The nearby towns of quaint Leesburg and Purcellville was great for shopping, sightseeing and eating. Overall we would recommend this property for an inspiring and awe-filled vacation.

Summary: What a beautiful, relaxing stay we had at this secluded private farm! We were all adults in our party, but this place would also be perfect for families sharing a retreat together. There is some much space inside and out, that it is easy to find relaxing privacy on the veranda or strolling around the pond. At the same time, though, there are plenty of gathering spaces for the group - a large kitchen with an adjoining dining room that seats 12 easily, a living room area that seats at least as many, and a huge playroom upstairs for kids. The kitchen was very well appointed, we found everything we needed to fix both breakfasts and large dinners for our group. The property's management couldn't have been more helpful! They were all fantastic, but a special thank you to Pam for helping us organize a wine shuttle bus for a tour of local vineyards and the MOST WONDERFUL CHEF's dinner by Dave! One of our members (who has traveled the world and tasted every kind of delicacy from everywhere) exclaimed that his meal was most definitely in her top 5 meals of all time! He prepared course after course of the best food I've ever tasted. His corn fritters and apple butter salsa were to die for. Actually all his sauces were spectacular! The house is appointed with coffee and tea as well as items to get you started such as dish soap and paper towels, but you'll want to hit a store if you're staying more than a few days. Again, thanks to Pam! She picked up our food for us at Wegman's and had it well organized and put away neatly before we even checked in!! There are 5 full bedrooms plus cots to put in the playroom if you have more people, but there are only 3-1/2 bathrooms so plan accordingly! There was not a BBQ at the property as was listed but there was a smoker and pellets which worked for us just fine. We just found the directions online and our burgers were delicious. We had history buffs in our group who set out one day to Wincester, one day to Harper's Ferry, and one day to Antietam; it's all within an easy drive. We had wine tasters who found many wonderful vineyards and breweries to sample. And, of course, we had home bodies who stayed back and visited, or walked around the pond, read books on the veranda, or napped. It was a wonderful relaxing Memorial Day weekend. Thank you very much to Luke and to Loudoun Stay for making such a memorable time and a lovely way to process the loss of our patriarch and burial at Arlington. Family and friends together!

Summary: We rented the house for a weekend work retreat and were spoiled rotten. It was a beautiful house & property with great amenities. The beds were comfy and we had plenty of space.
