Positive: The staff were awesome, answering any questions and helping out with transport. Beds and pillows were.very comfortable. Awesome location close to food and entertainment. Large family area in room. Lots of seats, comfortable lounge. Great view. It would be good for a long stay.

Negative: It was a bit confusing on how to get to the actual room from reception. I didn't know beforehand that it was two separate locations and it confused me as I wasn't expecting it. Perhaps let people know that before hand and it wouldnt be a surprise when it happens. Other than that there were no issues.

Positive: Location Location Location... perfect. Spacious for the family. Close to everything. Had everything you need to cook for days your not eating out.

Negative: Stayed for a week, few little things to know. Bring your own pool towels and an extra blanket if you like extra bedding.

Summary: Location!!! Had all the necessary family needs in one room.

Negative: Slightly better cleaning of apartment would improve stay. Tiled floors could be better cleaned.

Positive: The apartment was well stocked with crockery, cutlery and saucepans etc. The bed was comfortable. We loved the location, right across from the beach front. We could see a magnificent sunrise from our balcony each morning. Overall it was quite. Plenty of secure parking on the premises. The eateries in Trinity Beach were of a high standard.

Negative: Some birds in the trees across from our apartment kept me awake for a few nights but overall not too bad.

Summary: We had a relaxing holiday. Was situated in a good location, not to far from Cairns and the Daintree.
