Drench yourself in morning sunlight and be enveloped in the charm of this Caribbean-inspired fully renovated Key Colony Beach property. Everything is brand new with meticulous attention paid to even the smallest detail. This stunning ground level 2 bed / 2 bath half duplex on 4th Street is ideal for one or two couples, or a family with older kids.
The kitchen, dining, and living room have an open floor plan concept. The kitchen is fully stocked with granite countertops, a large kitchen island suitable for entertaining over cocktails, top of the line stainless appliances, cookware and gadgets, dual-zone beverage & wine fridge, craft ice cube maker, and flat screen wall mounted tv. Enjoy a fabulous meal at the full-size carved wood dining table with seating for six. Take a nap on the cozy sectional couch with the breeze blowing from back to front, or if the office doesn’t know you’re working from paradise, use the writing desk to answer a few emails.
Sink into a luxurious hybrid bed on cool organic percale sheets in either the king or queen bedrooms while you recharge for the next day’s adventures. Each bedroom boasts an en suite bathroom with special details such as extra storage and Turkish cotton bath sheets. The master bathroom has a hand tiled, stand-alone shower and the guest bathroom has a shower tub combo. As an added feature the house has been extended to enclose the laundry room and utility sink so you don’t need to melt in the Florida sun to fluff and fold.
After cleaning your day’s catch at the fish cleaning station on the dock, and grilling it up on the custom built-in five burner grill, rest on the couch under the shade of a lit tiki hut overlooking the canal, while you plan your next stay at Trip Around the Sun.

Mesh WiFi 6 w/ gig-speed internet, 4k LCD TVs w/ Fire Sticks and YouTubeTV subscriptions in living room (58 inch), kitchen (43 inch), master (65 inch) & guest (55 inch) bedroom, full sized washer & dryer, utility sink, 5 burner gas grill, fish cleaning station and bait fridge. High quality furnishings throughout: Pottery Barn and Lands End bed & bath linens, fully stocked kitchen appliances, 2-in-1 keurig coffee maker, convection toaster over, Instapot, All-Clad cookware, additional kitchen finishings by Riedel, Williams Sonoma and Sur La Table.
Max boat length: 30ft
The property can hold 3 vehicles if no trailer, if bringing a trailer, 2 vehicles plus trailer will fit. No RVS or Motor Homes. There is optional storage through Key Colony Beach City Hall for $100 per week located on 8th street. city of key colony beach only allows for one trailer at a rental property.
Please note that if you plan on bringing or renting a boat, jet skis or other water crafts, we can only guarantee that one will fit at the dock. Please make sure to confirm the dock size, space for trailer parking and if more than one vessel is allowed. This property allows ONE boat & ONE trailer only.
This property is “NOT pet friendly” so pets are not allowed on the property. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in a charge up to $500 and asked to vacate without a refund.

Summary: We stayed here for our honeymoon 3 years ago and it was so pristine. We were so excited to return expecting the same level of cleanliness and comfort but we were a bit disappointed. I believe the management has changed since we were unable to rebook via the same company listing so that may explain the changes. The home has a lot of deferred maintenance and it saddened us to see the place that way. The outdoor couch needs to be replaced, it is shredded to pieces, the grounds need a few bags of fresh pebbles since only concrete remains on the sides, the tiki roof had holes, cushions dry rotted, plus a number of other things you'd probably only notice had you stayed there years ago like we did. Cleanliness was fine, but deep cleaning is needed, lots of dust caked on walls, ceilings, and vents, mattress pad had many pee stains, bedding had holes and blood stains, clogged shower drain. Had to do a bit of laundry before getting comfortable which was a bummer. Two days we were awoken outside on the couch napping by random vendors, a courtesy text would have been appreciated. As a property manager myself, that is basic courtesy. All in all this home means so much to us that we can overlook these things but the new property manager needs to really take a visit and address some things they've neglected to give this home it's wonderful charm back. We love the location and backyard so much that we will hold on to the memories of what it once was and hopefully be back again in the future.

Summary: We absolutely loved our stay! The home is well stocked and in a great location. We went to the Cabana Club’s pool and beach everyday and enjoyed relaxing in the backyard by the canal. We would definitely stay here again!

Summary: This house is perfect for a family or 2 couples. It is very nice and clean. Looks just like the pictures. The house has everything you need. There was an issue with a drain and we contacted the property manager. She sent someone out to fix it immediately. We would definitely stay here again.

Summary: Everything was great! 3 of us, my wife and I and our 12 yr old son stayed for a week and we enjoyed everything about it. Everything was just as described and or pictured. Completely remolded and everything was new with high end appliances. Kitchen was more than well equipped for cooking, the separate beverage fridge was great to have. Beds were very comfortable, not too firm. TVs were big and internet was fast for streaming. Extra freezer in laundry room was great for storing ice and bait. Back patio with tiki hut cover was perfect to sit outside and enjoy a drink by the canal. Loved the built in grill! We brought our Key West 239fs and it fit perfectly at the dock. Dock was well maintained with enough cleats. Our boat trailer just fit in the front of the house so we didn’t have to use the City storage lot. Great location within walking distance to the cabana club. We love Key Colony Beach and this unit is by far our favorite one that we have stayed in. Our family had a fantastic trip and will definitely be staying there again in the future!

Summary: Great location, can get to everything, The house is in a great neighbor. Felt safe and comfortable! It is beautiful house and cozy. We got to see a manatee on the house’s dock. We enjoyed the house immensely. Close to the cabana club with a pool and beach front. We love it so much we would stay here again. We kayaked from the houses dock. We had a great week! Thank you for allowing us to make memories. The host had snacks for us upon arrival, easy check and check out.

Summary: My wife, my daughter and I completely enjoyed this property. The home is beautifully remodeled, decorated and stocked with all you need. We really enjoyed the patio, outdoor couch and my daughter loved the hammock. We were visited by a mother and her baby manatee (super cool). The bedding and towels were high quality and comfy. We loved the Cabana club, met lots of nice family’s there in the pool & on the beach. We will be back! Thanks Aimee!
