Positive: The flat is not luxurious but definitely confortable and convenient. It is well-eqipped with everything you need, and there are some super markets, metro/bus stations and restaurant in the neighbor. Moreover, when you walk back to the flat in the night, you can the beautiful scene of the Eiffel tower shining in the night sky. The host, Emmanuelle, is very nice and provided anything we need. It is a place I would recommend to stay for a couple days in Paris.
Negative: The bathroom is small and lack of ventilation. It would be greate if there could be some coat hanger on the wall or behinf the door.
Summary: A cozy and convenient apartment close to the Eiffel tower.

Positive: The location was close to a metro, multiple shops, restaurants and bakeries. The apartment was beautiful inside with lovely rooftop views. There is school nearby so there was some daytime noise but it was very quiet at night. The host was kind and helpful. She was very responsive and answered all of our questions.
Negative: A small problem was the wifi was very slow. The host tried to improve it but it was not usable most of the time.
Summary: We would stay here again!

Positive: I cannot praise enough the location of this property. But first let me clarify something that wasn't clear for me from the descriptions: this is a totally private apartment with its own locked entry door, there is only a big entry hall which is shared with -only- the main entrance of the owner. So no worries about that. The apartment is cozy and really bright with super comfy beds (I slept on the sofa which is also 5*), and the kitchenette has also everything you need to fix something to eat. There is a Nespresso coffee machine if you want to bring extra capsules with you. We entered with the door code that was sent before and Emmanuelle welcomed us and gave us the keys, so all went smoothly. The 16th quarter is very safe, and has the most beautiful residential Paris feeling. This address has supermarkets, cafés, a market, bakerys, and just about everything you need within a cca 7 min walking distance. They even have their own Ladurée at Victor Hugo :) One day we actually walked all the way to the Notre-Dame, the Eiffel tower is a 20-minute-walk, metro station is max 10 min by foot. Originally I had a hotel booked in the 14th, and I was thankful every minute during our stay that I switched to this peaceful but central location.
Negative: There wasn't anything not to like.

Positive: The apartment is spacious with complete pantry, nice bedroom and living room. Strategic location close to Trocadero and Eiffel tower, 10 minutes walking to the nearest Metro station. Would love to go back amd stay there again!
Negative: The elevator is smaller than the elevator usually found in hotel (common in Paris) and need to go one level up through stairs. Not a big deal but it is different for people carries large luggages.
