Summary: We loved our stay at this property. The house was nicely decorated; had everything you needed and more. The owner, Derek, was so easy to work with and when I did communicate with him, he answered promptly. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils and dishes. The pool and spa were incredible. We took advantage of both every day. The landscaping and quiet neighborhood were exactly what we wanted. What a great and relaxing trip. Thanks Derek!

Summary: We absolutely loved the house, which was perfect for our little family of four. It was impeccably clean and equipped with everything imaginable, from a fully-stocked kitchen to endless entertainment options (the ping-pong table and arcade was a hit!). It felt like a true home away from home. Communication with the host was pretty outstanding. The whole host team was friendly, super responsive, and provided excellent local tips. This is a rare gem, and we can’t wait to come back!

Summary: My family spent a beautiful week in beautiful Naples, and we had perfect accommodations in Derek’s lovely home in the Briarwood neighborhood. It truly was perfect. Clean, spacious, modern and comfortable in every way! We have spent many vacations in Briarwood, all in lovely homes. But this was the best, by far! Derek was easy to reach and a pleasure to talk to. We will be visiting again!

Summary: We loved the home. The outdoor space was private and relaxing. The house was well equipped with kitchen wares, swimming stuff, toys and bikes for a family. The Alexas and the TV more than met our needs. Since we had 10 inches of rain the home was perfect for just relaxing in.
