Summary: We enjoyed our time just mostly in the pool or hot tub besides that we didn’t leave unless we were hungry. So we had a nice time together!

Summary: Overall, our stay was very nice. The property was pretty much as described and seen in photos: modern decor, comfortable beds and couches, plenty of towels and provisions, laundry room, beautiful landscaping, pool and hot tub, outside furniture, updated kitchen. All very nice and thoughtfully planned out. The pool service showed up regularly as did the landscape maintenance crew. The property host was very responsive when we called; for example, they sent someone to replace a fan/light in the living room when we discovered it no longer functioned. And, they sent appliance maintenance when the dryer vent came loose. For us, one main issue was the lack of instructions or property book with accurate information. We only had the online guidebook which provided scant information and cited wrong days for garbage pickup; also wrong as displayed on bulletin board in laundry. We did not have instructions for the heating/AC unit or pool pump or remote pool crawler cleaning devise. The AC would switch to 66 degrees automatically at night, but despite studying instructions online we had no control over that. Written instruction booklet would have helped. No instructions for TV service supplied. The pool pump was loud but no instructions on how to turn it off or when it should be run. It was great to use the garage, but no remote provided so we had to enter house, open garage door from inside and then go back to car. No instructions on recycling; turns out they don't recycle from that property. These are all little things, but accumulated and caused us to not mark the property a Five Star. The pool area was pleasant, but a protective fence for children, not shown in property photos, barred easy entrance to the pool or hot tub and hampered exiting to the backyard. I appreciate the importance of this to protect children, but would be best to ask guests if it should be removed for their stay. It was removable. While the screened area covered the pool area, it unfortunately still let a consistent spray of leaf debris through which caught on shoes and tracked into the house. Not sure anyone can solve that with trees overhead dropping leaves and debris. So all-in-all we enjoyed our stay, despite the drawbacks mentioned. The house is beautiful and accommodated us and my Mom as hoped. We had enough space to entertain family inside and out.

Summary: Just a short drive to Indian Rocks beach. Pool is nice, and the house is updated and clean. Would like to see 2 updated pool lounge chairs, but overall fantastic place.

Summary: This property is located in a quiet neighborhood, 16 minutes from Clearwater and 11 minutes from Indian Rock beach, less than 45 minutes away from Ellenton and Tampa premium outlet malls. My family and I loved the house, the pool, the backyard garden with fire pit and chairs. Appliances are brand new and the kitchen is well stocked. The couches and beds are very comfortable. This house is very cozy and inviting, a true home away from home, if not better. Elliott was very accessible and quick to respond. We cannot wait to stay here again when we come back in this area of Florida.
