Positive: Great host. Really helpful Scooter available to rent at reasonable price Very clean and room size was great
Negative: Staff not on site 24/7 which caused a slight issue due to last night, a Gecko got into the room and when contacted they didn't reply. In an OK area. Definitely need a scooter or to use grab to get around. otherwise will be stuck at hotel A lot of construction on going which was mentioned pre visit but this wasn't an issue for us.
Summary: Good stay which could be great once a few minor things are ironed out & construction complete

Positive: The staff were absolutely amazing, So friendly and welcoming (especially the 2 women serving me my coffee every morning) haha. The resort itself is beautiful and very clean and the food was also great!

Positive: A beautiful, well-kept and peaceful place, surrounded by the beautiful greenery of the jungle, a 4-minute motorbike ride to the main street. The entire staff is charming and kind. Spacious and cozy rooms, perfect pool. We were in a room with access to the pool and it was excellent.

Negative: Location is a 20 min walk to the edge of Lamai, 30 min walk to the beach.
