Summary: I took my sister & her family to Hawaii for a much needed family vacation, and we picked this place for the Kauai portion of the trip, and never regretted it. The property is gorgeous, equipped with everything you need for a beach vacation, the pool & patio were exquisite, and the rooms were wonderful. When traveling with teenagers, all the bathrooms was an absolute delight. The location was also fabulous, because we were never more than 30 minutes from any of the activities we had planned, so it's right in the center of everything, without the noise and chaos of staying in the city.The host was wonderful, and we would totally stay there again, if the chance presents itself.

Summary: The owner/property manager was great to work with. Their check-in/out process was simple and easy. They were very prompt and responsive to our needs. The location of this property is wonderful. It isn’t on the beach, but it is only a few minute drive to get there. The house is situated on a golf course and the neighborhood is very nice. It was extremely easy to get to all of the hotspots in the area. The condition of the home was a little less than expected for the price. Don’t get me wrong, we enjoyed our stay and would consider renting here again, but there were maintenance items and areas of the home that were not very clean. There were several outlets without covers, the screen doors were hard to open and close, the bathrooms were not very clean, especially around the windows. The floors throughout the house need to be mopped more often. Our feet were black shortly after showering if we walked around the house in our bare feet. The pool was very nice but not clean. In the owners defense, I’m not sure that it’s possible to keep the pool clean without having someone come by daily due to the trees around the pool. We had to skim the pool each time we got in it. Overall, we loved the home, the location, and working with the owner/property manager.

Summary: We have enjoyed staying here. We were able to spend great family time together here. Having the pool is a great feature and lots of space for the family to hang out and not be on top of each other. Close to beaches and shops to enjoy.

Summary: The house was perfect for our family of four, with everyone getting their own spacious room and bath. Beautiful property on golf course, with inviting pool and not far from beach and amenities (car a necessity). No detail left out of master suite (hanging bed certainly an interesting add-on). Kitchen fully equipped with appliances, utensils and tableware. House made for a very comfortable stay on Kauai. One recommendation would be for a FAQ or "cheat sheet" to cover typical questions that a guest may have, such as separation of garbage disposal, which light switches control which lights, where to find flashlight or candles and matches, etc.
