Positive: Beautiful setting with very comfortable beds. Reception very friendly and helpful. Lovely balcony views.
Negative: We had to ask for towel changes but once we did, they were rapidly changed. The location is beautiful but a true challenge when walking

Positive: The view is very nice! The location is quiet and surrounded by the lovely tropical jungle! Great room with good kitchen. Really great and helpful staff!
Negative: It’s a little far to restaurants and downtown Lamai! And I miss a pool! A little pricey for the location but then again the rooms are really nice.
Summary: Great place for longer stay if you want a quiet private place with a great view and nice room

Positive: The view, absolutely exceptional view across Lamai Bay. The property was well equipped to self cater. The communication with Sydney was great and she could not have been more helpful.
Negative: The hill and steps to the property but you do not get the view without a little excursion which was well worth it. The property was also quite windy on occasion possibly due to the hight but this did not deter us from enjoying the terrace and pool.
Summary: A magical stay in a beautiful location with unforgettable views in a lovely property.

Positive: Great location and lovely staff. Away from the main part of Lamai so it’s lovely and quiet but only a 2 minute scooter ride down to the main strip. Staff were all super friendly and helpful and arranged a scooter and laundry service for us.

Positive: Really beautiful view and the rooms were lovely and spacious. Provided us with everything we needed and the lady at reception was so lovely and helpful! And the beach wasn’t a huge walk away. Roughly around 25 minutes. They had a pool that the guests were allowed to use if you booked a villa without one.
Negative: The sleep wasn’t great as there was definitely something wrong with the air con. It got way too hot. There was also a huge hill that you have to walk up and down unless you have a vehicle. We chose to ignore the reviews about this, but I would recommend you don’t unless you plan to drive. There was a few issues with the room at the start like the lock not working, but to be fair maintenance sorted this the next day. I think overall the place we stayed was beautiful and could so easily be 5 stars, it just needs some basic maintenance. Some of the stuff in our villa definitely needed replacing.
