Summary: This property is the one you’re looking for! It is beautiful and in a perfect location convenient to everything in the Newport Beach area. The furnishings are well appointed and updated with every convenience. We rent to several properties throughout the year and this one is, by far, the most well-equipped with anything a renter would need. Marquise is a wonderful host. She went above and beyond to make us comfortable and make herself available during our stay. You will love this condo!

Summary: My wife and I traveled from Costa Rica for a hip replacement at Hoag Orthopedic. We stayed for two months and this condo was perfect for our needs as the location provided easy access no matter where we were going. The condo is well equiped with all of the necessities so settling in was a breeze and the owner was super professional and couldn't have been easier to work with. If you stay here I recommend the Pavilion market on Newport Coast Drive as the trip to and from the market is a joy with wonderful vistas. We have stayed in many vacation rentals and this property was the best equiped and managed property of them all, definitely five stars.

Summary: This is 5th time in the summer I’m staying in this Condo , I really feel like I’m in my home , everything is amazing inside the condo and location is very close to everywhere and for sure it will not br the last stay .

Summary: My 15 year old daughter and I shared this unit for 10 weeks while she finished up the school year and before we were able to join my husband who moved ahead of us to another state. The unit is exactly as described in the listing and in a super convenient location close to airport, restaurants and freeways. Marquise (owner) was super responsive and even mailed me my daughter’s baby blanket that she’s kept to this day when we left it behind when we moved out. Can not recommend highly enough. Thank you Marquise!

Summary: Our stay in the apartment was wonderful! Everything was provided for, very quiet, clean and comfortable apartment. It was very spacious! Just loved it and will definitely rent from Marquise again!

Summary: This was the second year we stayed in the condo and we have arranged to stay again next year. It is in a safe gated complex with underground parking next to the elevator. Marquise is interested in maintaining a clean and well maintained condo. I enjoy cooking and the kitchen has everything necessary for food preparation. There are 2 full size bedrooms and baths separated by the living area. There is a Barbeque grill on the covered outdoor patio which is pleasant for relaxing. The outdoor pool and fitness area are very clean.
