Being self-contained, Seagrass offers a family-friendly environment for biking, walking or riding the golf cart to the beach boardwalk (approximately 45 seconds). Just load up the cart with the furnished beach equipment and zip over to the wide beaches of Seagrass. Seagrass is located around the middle of the peninsula, convenient to Skully's, Weber Donuts and the Trading Post, with nearby public bay access and the State Park.
"Tropicali" was born out of our love for the cool vibes of memorable places we've visited -- Huntington beach in California and southern Honduras. Tropicali is fully loaded with all the items you need for your memorable vacation on CSB. We have fallen in love with this house because of the Gulf AND Bay views, from the top deck. The house is appointed and furnished with the quality products we expect when we travel and we are picky travelers! - Note there is no landline at Tropicali -- cell service is excellent in this area of the Cape

- The upstairs deck, conveniently located off the kitchen, has a gas grill (propane included), perfect for the catch of the day or fresh seafood you picked up at the local shop.
SPECIAL NOTES:
- Elevator has been installed and is helpful to getting items upstairs. However, the service is dependent on the guests' understanding and use of the instructions. We cannot be responsible for the guest not following instructions, nor the service provider responding on a timely basis to a remote peninsula.
- We are sorry, but Tropicali is NOT PET FRIENDLY due to prior inconsiderate guests.
* Read and understand all rules in the agreement regarding the Golf Cart. Renter assumes responsibility for all damage. The GOLF CART CANNOT BE TAKEN ONTO THE BEACH. It is for transporting items to the beach boardwalk IN SEAGRASS.*
FEE INFORMATION:
- WE DO NOT ALLOW PETS, sorry.
- Cleaning and Linen Fee is $475
- Golf Cart Fee is $100 for the duration of your stay.
- Heated Pool Fee (November - April is $100 for the duration of your stay.)
Note the heated pool fee must be requested and we will add it to your booking, as Vrbo does not automate the fees for those two items.
