Summary: It was a great trip until we were told it would be $70 for the dog. The website said it was $50. They did honor the $50 but then, at the same time, said it was really $75 - really? Which is it? I felt a little bit taken. Also because you wouldn‘t even know my dog was in the hotel - either from a cleanliness or noise perspective. Might I suggest you leave the charge at $50 (which I still think is high) and add a $100 charge to the card and then, if there is no indication of dog whatever, you refund it. Other hotels do this and we know because we travel with our dog - a 20 pound bundle of love.

Summary: This hotel was amazing. The ADA facilities for my sister was superb. I’m definitely staying at a TRU again. The staff and atmosphere was awesome.

Summary: The area felt safe as we arrived at almost midnight. The gentleman that checked us in at the front desk was very kind knowing we had been traveling so late at night and provided is with complimentary waters and popcorn. The beds were wonderfully comfortable and the showers were hot with wonderful pressure. The provided body wash, shampoo, conditioner and lotion were heavenly. My hair has never felt so soft and had so much body. Breakfasts was wonderful with plentiful choices hot or cold. With a make your own pancake and also yogurt bar, the choices were endless. Also the usual staples like cereal,bagaels, fruit, etc. We have never stayed at a a Tru by Hilton but it will definitely be our hotel of choice from now on as it was exceptionally priced, clean and comfortable.
