Summary: Checking in was fast and easy. The room was small but adequate for an overnight stay. CLEAN which is most important to me. The outdoor area was nice to sit outside. Staff was friendly. Would recommend.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at this hotel although just for one night. The hotel was everything that other reviewers on Hotels. com mentioned; exceptionally clean and friendly staff. Breakfast was very good with a variety of choices available and coffee in the lobby was exceptional (rich and not watered down...even the decaf!) One piece of constructive feedback: I have arthritis and very small hands. I had difficulty with the squeeze bottles in the bathroom for lotion, soap, etc...perhaps this could be looked at; also as my husband was with me he was able to assist and I did not need to request any assistance from Guest Services. We would definitely visit this hotel again if we are in the Chicopee area.

Summary: This place never disappoints, very clean , comfortable , hot real breakfast, very very nice Day time staff , I’ve stayed twice already and plan on again , also everything you need is either at the hotel or around you . Btw housekeepers may wanna wait before coming in ur room before checkout , would be my only thing , don’t assume people left, could be a simple mistake def going back thanks Tru.

Summary: We've stayed here a few times and this time I need some extras due to recovering from a foot surgery. The staff was absolutely wonderful and accommodating with my need for extra pillows to elevate my foot, and delivered it to our room within minutes. If you're staying in Chicopee, stay at the Tru.
