Summary: The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and attentive, even if they were doing other things and you ask for help they will help right away. The hotel is located right along the main road so in the mornings when traffic starts to get heavier you can hear it pretty loudly, but the hotel itself was great and conveniently located. The lobby was exciting and the breakfast options were bigger than what many other hotels offer. The indoor pool is not heated so it was a bit cold.

Summary: The hotel was quite modern in it's appearance but I found this a little overbearing. It had a feel of an Ikea store instead of a traditional hotel.

Summary: VERY DIRTY HOTEL. I was surprised at the condition of this hotel since we had stayed there last year with no issues. The lobby and hallways had dirty floors. The elevators had a terrible odor. We were given a room and it hadn’t been cleaned. The floors had dirt and food on them, bathroom smelled bad, and shower had hair in it. I asked for a different room which the staff kindly gave me. It was a bit cleaner, but still not great. The hallway walls were damaged, paint was all scuffed up on doors. Overall it looked like the hotel had been let go and nobody was bothering to maintain it. My kids said the pool had too much chlorine, but at least it was clean!

Summary: One person doing check in, phone reservations, answering questions and getting pool towels! Waited 25 minutes to check in. Room small Ann no place to put folded clothes. I laid $300 for this and it wasn’t worth it! I won’t stay at a Tru again. Way below the Hilton standards.

Summary: Check in with Dena was great. Room was clean and comfortable. Hallways were not clean. Breakfast wasn't good. Hotel is on a noisy busy road/street. Location was great.

Summary: Our room was standard, nothing out of the ordinary. Would I say that it was super clean? Probably not, it could stand to have a detailed cleaning. The sheets, pillowcases, comforter and towels did not have a pleasant scent to them at all. The comforters were extremely thin and not soft. I would say that it definitely served its purpose and if you’d ask me if I would stay there again? I’d say yes, hoping these small issues are resolved. Breakfast was good, they had cereals, oatmeal, sausage and eggs, juices, coffee and pancakes and different types of breads. The location was awesome! Everything you’d need like restaurants and shops are close by. I would probably give it a solid 3 stars and hoping that the issues I mentioned are resolved, then definitely 4 stars. Attention to detail would boost it to hopefully a higher rating.

Summary: We booked here as a last-minute booking due to a power outage at our original lodging. The lady at the front desk was very sympathetic to our situation and was very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was substantial. It’s conveniently located near outlets, restaurants, shopping, and the Amish country.

Summary: The checkin was good. Wss not told that breakfast ended at 9am. When asked the feont desk she stared it is in the card holder if i looked there. Also was loud throughout the night.
