Summary: Arrived around 11:30pm - long line to check in only one worker. Directions to the curtains (affixed to the wall) were wrong so we looked for “a switch by the desk” for 10 minutes. Then my son went to the desk to ask them to help and they were like @that sign is wrong.” Very helpful

Summary: Front desk staff was very kind. Unfortunately when we arrived at our room we could see from the doorway the bathroom floor was not clean, there was stuff on the main room floor as well, the surfaces were not wiped down (we could see food crumbs and cup rings and hairs). The staff at the front desk was apologetic and switched us to another room. It was stated that the housekeeping manager had not been there that day. The new room appeared clean but it was hard to put the first one out of our minds. I’ve stayed at other Tru Hiltons and have been happy, hoping this was just an odd unfortunate occurrence.

Summary: My stay was ok the price of the rooms are overrated .what you see on the site is way smaller than you get 4×4 box very small no trash bags in garbage can hair on the floor not mine. Luckily I bring cleaning supplies and disinfectant because they clean at....we was told to put dirty towels in hall by door they would give us clean ones did not had to go down to get them. Smh for a newer hotel. And with stay and price you don't get free water.......

Summary: Well for us, it was a dissapointment. Great location. Basic amenities, but enough if all you want to do is overnight. But, couldnt sleep! I am a light sleeper and the always on room Hvac created way to much noise for me. Should have the option to turn it off.
