Summary: The entire floor was wet. I tried to be easy-going and just clean up the dampness myself, but quickly realized that the AC was leaking and all the moisture was soaked under the laminate flooring. I wrote to the company to alert them to this, but I never received a response. Additionally, the equipment in the gym was broke, and our bathroom light flickered like a fire alarm was going off all night.

Summary: Hotel was clean. However the gentleman who was at the front desk could benefit from a customer service class. He was watching something on a laptop in the corner of the lobby. He made you feel like you bothered him coming in. Later i asked about the microwave he couldn't even bother to get up just point to around where it was. The room was clean but smelled funny. Like rotten seafood, we were tired from all the driving so just dealt wit it. The room was clean. Had enough towels, toilet paper, etc... Plenty of parking.

Summary: The breakfast and cleanliness were excellent. The room is tiny no closet no dresser no place to put you clothes. About half the size of a normal hotel. No coffee pot in room no microwave it was clean but tiny. For $240. A night not worth it.

Summary: Hotel was very subpar to the other Tru by Hilton. Reserved a room with two queen beds. The beds were full size. The mattress was too small for the bed frame. Will not stay at this location again.

Summary: Overall okay. However, this hotel definitely has some mold, water issues they are poorly slapping paint on to cover. Our first room smelled so strongly of damp/ mold. The walls were cracking over ever seam. The ac unit was covered in black mold spots. The wall with the ac and ceiling had about 10 variations of paint to cover up mold spots. The black mold spots were seeping through. The second room we went into was better than the first but still had multiple mold spots and a damp smells. Luckily we were only here about 12 hours otherwise we wouldn’t have continued with our stay.

Summary: The stay was okay. The rooms weren’t the best and the blankets were incredibly thin. The beds were not good. It looked like there may have been mold on the ceiling….or it was just incredibly dusty. It was very close to kings island and had a decent breakfast which were the only pluses.
