Summary: Usually breakfast is till 10. That helps when you are trying to relax. Door would not open all the way in the bathroom and would not close easily. Room was very clean and the person who checked me in was friendly and professional.

Summary: From the start, we were made to feel unwelcome. Upon check-in, we were informed the pet fee was $75 instead of $50, & even after putting a credit card on file, I was stopped multiple times while walking in with my dog to ask if I had paid the pet fee, & it was done in a very accusatory manner while the lobby was occupied by multiple guests. The staff was unapologetic about the accusations each time & cared nothing of the comfort level of anyone in our party.

Summary: Room was clean and comfortable. Young lady Nora at front desk was wonderful - very friendly and beyond helpful. But, typical of Tru - lack of storage space if you were to be there beyond a couple of days.

Summary: Hotel is short-staffed. Had to wait a long time to check-in because the front desk was empty. Room's floor was dirty. Could not sleep because the room curtains did not fully close. Lampposts shone straight on our faces. Last night at the room, the curtain opened even more on its own, in the middle of the night. The motor did not work at all and they could not be manually closed.
